DTF Powder Description :
1. Hot Melt Adhesive powder is white color, the conventional size is 0-80micron, 80-170micron, soft and elastic, it is very suitable for bonding and heat transfer printing.
2. Hot Melt Adhesice powder is thermoplastic polyurethane hot melt adhesive powder. The product has a soft feel, good resilience, stretch ability, and excellent low-temperature process ability. Excellent adhesion to textiles.
3. Hot melt adhesive powder is activated by heat. When exposed to a specific temperature range, typically between 120°C and 200°C (248°F and 392°F), the powder melts and transforms into a liquid adhesive form, allowing it to bond with various substrates.

Storage Condition:
1.The temperature is 20-30℃, the humidity is 45-55%, there is no ultraviolet light, and it is protected from light (light protection includes light and natural light) to avoid long-term contact with the air.
2. Polyurethane hot melt adhesive powder is easy to cause agglomeration under high temperature and pressure. Agglomeration is found during use, and it is filtered through a screen mesh.
3.The stacking strength of materials should not be too large, and the stacking height should be moderate.
